At Teekayz World, we take great pride in delivering high-quality wigs and ensuring customer satisfaction through our strict quality control process.

Please note: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products.

However, in rare cases where an incorrect item is received, we may allow an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Exchanges are only permitted for products of equal or lesser value. No partial refunds will be issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a courier service that offers delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

The returned product must be received and inspected before an exchange is approved.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange if the above conditions are not met.
